The son of a US Naval Officer and the oldest of six, Jody traveled extensively across the U.S. and lived overseas in Puerto Rico for most of his teenage years. Jody Moore was an All-American Swimmer and graduated from the Hill School in Pennsylvania and later from Tulane University on an athletic scholarship. After partnering with Peer Snoep in 1998, they created MSI Recruiting. Since that time, the business has expanded from a Permanent Placement Agency specializing in Accounting and Financial Placement to offering Consulting, Temporary, and Temp-to-Perm services in the disciplines of Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT.
Born and raised in South Africa, Peer completed his education in the US after his love of travel took him abroad to finish his final semester in England. In 1998, he partnered with Jody Moore to form MSI Recruiting, after a successful career with an international recruiting firm.
Peer’s responsibilities include the day-to-day business operations of MSI, including strategic planning, budgeting, and business development.
With over eight years of recruiting experience, all with MSI, Kellen is currently executing the role of Managing Partner for MSI. With a background in business development in other industries, Kellen has been able to rise through the corporate ranks to manage day-to-day sales and operations for MSI.
Kellen is originally from NJ and was an Academic All American Soccer player in his college days at Richard Stockton University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Communications, Magna cum Laude.
Born in the UK and immigrated to Florida in 1993, Nicola graduated the same year with a Bachelor of Arts Honor – Business and French from Brunel University just outside London. She initially began her career at Office Depot in Market Research and then Revenue Management at Alamo Rent-A-Car in Fort Lauderdale. After taking a few years out to raise her three children (which she is still working on), she came back into the work force as Office Manager at MSI Recruiting. Her insight into the business stems from her husband’s 25 year career in recruiting!
Born in Central Florida, Debbie worked at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center until 1989 when she moved to South Florida to pursue a career in communications. Debbie spent nearly 10 years managing a wide scope of communications, public relations and marketing/promotions programs, including serving as a spokesperson for the AutoNation USA megastores.
Debbie joined MSI Recruiting in 2001 and is responsible for client development, management and recruiting efforts. She has volunteered her time with Kids in Distress, Take Stock in Children, and Gilda’s Club.
Danielle grew up in a rural town 35 minutes outside of Buffalo, NY. Upon graduating college, she became a Sales Manager at a hotel – booking weddings, meetings, conferences, family reunions, and anything else that required a meeting/banquet room.
In 2012, she was ready to escape the snow and cold and relocated to Charlotte, NC. She loved the experience she had in the Carolinas, but in 2014 she relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area for new opportunities and has fallen in love with Florida. Her most recent position was a Sales Representative for a motorcoach company booking transportation for college athletic teams, churches, and other large groups in need of transportation.
Stefani is a Native Floridian and Florida Atlantic University alumnus with a diverse professional background. She joined MSI in 2012 as a full desk recruiter, was promoted shortly after to Director and has become an integral part of the Management Team.
Stefani has an entrepreneurial spirit, loves developing business, and enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients and candidates. MSI is not only a workplace for her, but over the course of 8 years, it has become her extended family.
Born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in Ashburn, Virginia (aka Data Center Alley), Stephen has always been surrounded by technology. Upon graduating from James Madison University with a degree in International Business, he completed a Master’s program at EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
While an undergrad at JMU, Stephen wore many hats as an Intern within the Data Center industry. After completing his education, he dove back into the tech scene joining a SaaS startup focused in IT infrastructure monitoring, then later in Business Intelligence – moving from Virginia to São Paulo, Brazil to South Florida before joining MSI to focus in Technology Recruiting.
Some of Stephen’s biggest interests include travel and sports. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish fluently, and spends his weekends rooting for West Ham United.

Living in central Florida for most of her life, Shay decided to move to Boca Raton and continue her education at Florida Atlantic University. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Shay decided to pursue her bachelor’s degree at FAU in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing in hopes of building a successful career in the business world.
Starting at MSI Recruiting in 2019 as a Marketing Intern, Shay developed a strong interest in learning about what the recruiting world had to offer. By the time Shay graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2020, she is now a Recruiting Coordinator for MSI Recruiting and is excited to grow and advance in her career each day.
Shay is bubbly, energetic, and enjoys taking on new challenges every day. She is deeply motivated to succeed in her endeavors and is consistently passionate about delivering the most exceptional talent to our clients.
Alan grew up in Orlando as a talented swimmer and swam competitively at the high school, college, and national level.
He made the move to South Florida to attend FAU, where he made his athletic mark becoming one of the Men’s Swimming/Dive team captains in his junior and senior year.
Bobby was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale and attended Archbishop McCarthy High School where he was a competitive wrestler. He then attended High Point University in North Carolina to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After earning his degree Bobby moved back down to Florida with the Enterprise Management Program. With his management and sales experience, Bobby transitioned to the Wine and Liquor industry where he exceled in growing clients brands and market distribution. Bobby enjoys being outdoors fishing, surfing, and mountain biking and recently moved to Plantation, Florida to raise his family. He is excited to join the MSI Family and grow his career by helping others become successful.
Director – Contingent Division
Pete has over 10 years in the Staffing Industry having done it nationwide. He has strategically taken a role with MSI to lead the Contingent Division creating an all encompassing option to clients around the US. Pete is extremely client centric and dedicates himself fully as a partner to their business.
Pete grew up in Long Island New York and graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie New York with a Bachelors in Finance. At Marist, he was a four year Division 1 student-athlete in Baseball which helped mold his competitiveness and drive for success.
