The Role:
The Technology Lifecycle Management Project Manager is responsible for formalizing and maintaining a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) project, developing tactical and strategic plans with stakeholders to ensure that infrastructure hardware and software across the organization is regularly updated and/or replaced in alignment with overall information security best practices.

 What You Will Do: 

  • Manage the prioritization and scheduling of all TLM tasks using industry project management best practices, aligning efforts tightly against scope, schedule and budget 
  • Partner with leadership, developing strategies to replace and update hardware and software across a wide spectrum of technology, including desktops, servers, operating systems, firmware, database platforms, runtime environments and programming languages 
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams in technology to ensure that TLM efforts seamlessly and non-intrusively integrate with existing business and product initiatives
  • Establish and maintain an in-house technology roadmap for quarterly and annual planning and review
  • Assist with strategic planning to ensure adequate remediation times for hardware, software and systems approaching end of life status
  • Proactively identify risks to initiative success and respond accordingly

What You Bring: 

  • 3+ years in technical program or project management, with a preferred emphasis on infrastructure related initiatives
  • Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies (Kanban, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc)
  • Direct experience working with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A highly organized and collaborative mindset
