The son of a US Naval Officer and the oldest of six, Jody traveled extensively across the U.S. and lived overseas in Puerto Rico for most of his teenage years. Jody Moore was an All-American Swimmer and graduated from the Hill School in Pennsylvania and later from Tulane University on an athletic scholarship. After partnering with Peer Snoep in 1998, they created MSI Recruiting. Since that time, the business has expanded from a Permanent Placement Agency specializing in Accounting and Financial Placement to offering Consulting, Temporary, and Temp-to-Perm services in the disciplines of Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT.
Born and raised in South Africa, Peer completed his education in the US after his love of travel took him abroad to finish his final semester in England. In 1998, he partnered with Jody Moore to form MSI Recruiting, after a successful career with an international recruiting firm.
Peer’s responsibilities include the day-to-day business operations of MSI, including strategic planning, budgeting, and business development.
Now, more than a decade into his recruiting career, Kellen executes the role of Managing Partner for both MSI Recruiting and MSI Blue. Kellen’s background in business development and his degree in Communications have set him up well to succeed in this role.
Kellen is originally from NJ and was an Academic All American in soccer at Richard Stockton University. Asked the number one thing that makes someone successful in recruiting, Kellen’s response is, “the ability to manage someone’s expectations effectively.”
